Huahai Boulevard is the new central north and south road in Jiaze, connecting the developing agriculture park, nursery market, and international rose garden. This boulevard becomes an industry showroom, retail and tourism development that represents the culture and history of new Jiaze town to the public. The design comprises a multi faceted approach to create a unique and diverse character landscape comprising water system restoration and reconnection of the canal system. Main canals were designed as ecological corridors that will strengthen the future open space framework. Accessibility was of primary importance: the alignment of the new road separated communities, dividing fields, cutting off local access roads that are integral to the local industry.
