Kaisa Peninsula Resort extends the holiday lifestyle and character of the scenic Dapeng area. This project is a mixture of hotel, holiday apartments and commercial development with the landscape program and design tailored to the resort style. The landscape program provides for group (beach and plunge pools), family (spa pools, water slide, pool bar and Shenzhen pool canopy beds) as well as exercise facilities (lap pool). A multitude of outdoor spaces create secluded viewing and relaxation from the ground floor apartments. The entry is specially configured to allow the arrival experience to be one of exclusive resort tucked away from hectic urban environment.
