This project is located close to the Qianjiang River and the historic Beijing Canal. The focus for this design team was to create a grand feeling on a small site, creating a cohesive interior and exterior arrival experience while integrating a raft of functional constraints. To achieve this the water feature transitions the road to lobby and the apartment entry as a continuous element while canopies balance the building and human scale.
